Gay pride my arse, couldnt give a monkeys arse for that, but a collar, is ths training collar, what sorta collar? im so envious, pleased, but most of all curious as to what went down here.

Oh a training collar? ah, i see. Well i didnt get one of those either[&o] thats cool, id of loved one to be given. Cerimony is everything sometimes. But im to wait patiently for one that equates to 'we are married'. His choice thang it seems. Im totally affronted but obediently waiting i guess lol

I got the same handcuff bracelet and added a plain bracelet with similar links and made a choker necklace. I don't like bracelets. I also bought 2 silver handcuff charms at the mall and made earrings from them. At the same place, I bought the triskellion in silver and put it on a chain. When asked, I just say it's celtic. All this can now be found in mainstream places. Like the others have said, no one really notices anymore. Wear yours and be proud. There will be Leathermen and Leatherwomen there I am sure. I had to respond. I have been out for 15 years pluss. Trust me at the gay marches your collar will most likey not be noticed since the silly boys always do somtheing much more offensive that the straighs will yeck about. It's not big deal to me when I wear it in public. I wear it in parties, when I go to the supermarket, when I wake up almost every morning, and I also wear it in presence of my friends. It's pretty obvious to everyone what it is to us...I mean...it has his name encraved on it!

I saw a lady on Judge Judy's show wearing a collar too, was a rather pretty one, was white and had a lion's head and in the mouth was her ring....

I have been married to my master for 14yrs. For years our relationship lacked "something" . Following the advice of a friend we started to explore our sub/dom feelings. This totally changed the dynamics our relationship on a most spiritual level. We talked about what we both expected tried out different aspects of this new world until we found the things that fulfilled us both. To cut a long story short, once we were sure of everything , my master designed and had made " the coller". I have to say that this was the happiest day of my life when he placed it round my neck, it is more symbolic and of greater importance to me then my wedding ring. I now feel compleat, spiritually fulfilled for want of a better expression. Although if required to, wearing my coller in public would be no problem for me, my master feels no need as he knows I am "his", symbolisms or not. I love wearing my coller and do so at every oppertunity as I feel it is a visible sign of my commitment and responsibilities as his sub and his ownership as my master. The coller is a symbol , albeit a very powerful one, just as things are in other areas of life. But ownership is a state of mind as is being owned and if you like to show "the public" as it where that you are owned then it is a personal choice for you and your master. Personally I love it.

One of the girls at work a couple days ago was wearing a chain with a padlock on it, to me it looked like a collar, and when I asked her about it, she said her brother got it for her from tiffany's. Definately seems like the whole collar look has gone mainstream. Darn 'nillas gotta steal our look. [;)]

sighs normally i have my collar on 24/7. but my neck is irritated and i had to remove it for a while. i was terrified of telling Daddy, because i'm supposed to wear it, on the other hand i am ALSO supposed to protect his property at all times. and since we arent in-person all the time i couldnt wait to ask for permission, so i told him via email. and was praised and told i did the correct thing. whew! i knew in my brain that i did correctly, but my heart is unhappy because my collar is in the box it came in, and not round my neck. kitten, who still has her bracelet on, but likes wearing BOTH.
