The Femdom Forum is a wonderful community that has allot of room to grow. The site itself opened in '98, and has recently been revamped. Seeker, the administrator, is pretty dedicated. I've been on allot of boards and rarely seen anyone so active in implementing requested features or work so hard to help his community grow. There's also a gallery feature with an amazing amount of pictures, art and video.
