Go to a hardware store and buy some clamps. Saw clamps, board clamps, pipe clamps, and anvil clamps can be used for breast bondage.

With two boards and three bolts with nuts, you can make an easy breast bondage device. With each borad, drill one hole on the left, middle, and right. Place breast between the boards, place in your bolts, and twist nutts to tighten.
Having the boards sanded and padded with felt or furr may be appreciated but not needed.
