i never get that lead ball feeling.. and i have to eat on a reg basis or i get sick .. and i don't drink so i don't have to worry about that... and yes i do and can eat alot..

Try Ross and Wilson, Anatomy and Physiology.....Or The Royal Marsden, Clinical Skills and Related Issues.....Both books but a jolly good read.....got me through Uni xxxxx

it may be gas than, if your eating so little, try taking an anti gas pill like gas-x after your meal to see if it helps. woun't hurt

bottombob, yes, true it could be. Is it unusual for a normal size meal to keep on sustaining you 5 or 6 hours after eating?

depends, if I'm hungry i can eat a lot, or just enough to sustain me, but i too get bad gas's at times and get very painful cramps and feels like a heart attack at times, it's just gas's. if your really worried see your Dr.
