When you are wearing a heel, every step has the same impact as through you were running. And, let's face it, most women can't afford to drop several hundred dollars on the well made shoes that help reduce the wear and tear on the foot. I have a pair or two of hundred dollar shoes. But unless I start making a lot of money, I can't justify spending 300+ dollars on a shoe. That money would just be better spent elsewhere.

I'll make an example of stripper shoes, single soled shoes are often flimsy for a beginner(heel walker) or beginner. They dont cradle the foot well and the heel tends to wander if one puts too much weight on it. The 2" platforms, while sexy, are not practical to get around in on uneven pavement, stairs etc. A mini platform or a double soled shoe like those with a matching colored footbed and clear acrylic heel are both high in height and stable enough for novices. The rest is a matter of how far you wish to carry your fetish. It is obvious that heels are harder on the foot than flats are, but birkenstocks dont turn me on. I have no problem offering my amateur advice to anyone having shoe fitment issues.

I got my "shoe" threads mixed up when I replied the first time. When one is tied up in heels, the subject is often OFF her (or his) feet. The wearing of the heels would do nothing for me at all. Seeing them, feeling them on my feet - nothing. What would do something for me is seeing that it pleased my dom to see me in them, that is where the pleasure would come from.

mmmmmmm... what a delightful thought. Not only do I live in heels (only own one pair of shoes with do heels... and they are trainers)... I live in boots. Dont do shoes very often but boots are just scrummy.... nice black leather ones up to the thighs...mmmmmm A nice pair of boot with a nice bit of detail makes me feel so sexy... I have a red suede pair that only come up to the ankle but they have a 6" silver heel and a little red suede tassel at the back.... they are soooo hot.
