There is a glue that is sold by the Beauticontrol company, which is sold like Avon, MLM style that i think was called simply Body Glue. It was in a blue rollon. It was great for gluing the cheeks of your bikini to your actual cheeks or stray spaghetti straps. Ballroom dancers love it, ask Taggard.
Second point, don't go supergluing your friend's weiner. More than likely your cute lil fingers are going to get stuck to it. Good old elmers will work just fine, hell you can eat it. Lots of fun ways to apply it too.
Final thought, double sided sticky tape! Make a little collar for his pee pee and then stick the beads to it. You can get clear and it'll peel off. Have fun and don't forget the macaroni...

Being someone into theratrical makeup, I use liquid latex a lot to attach costuming appliances when acting.

If this person isn't allergic to latex, it should be easy enough to use. Just have to experiement a tad. Also, make sure he's not allergic to amonia as I think that's also a common ingrediant. My late husband, having a BAD latex fetish, used most of my bottle on his member while I was working. I was not a happy camper, but it seemed to do him no harm.

You can easily find latex where most halloween items are. It's usually called something like, fake sin, it's in a bottle. Unless you're making appliances, makes good floggers too with some work, a little bottle will go a long ways.

Also, I wouldn't use superglue. While it was made for the milatary for use out in battle fields as temp. wound closer, it burns like hell when applied if there are any open wounds. Not to mention the fact any glue left on your friends penis will be stuck there for a while until the skin sheds off a few old skin cells. Which would probably be a few days at the least I would guess. You defintely don't want glue remover used there.

Now that I think about it, there is also a medical glue that's used and safe. I can't remember the name of it, but a friend of mine who raised English Bull dogs would use it on the pups ears so they would lay correctly. It was harmless and temp. You might ask dog breeders in your area, I'm sure they would know. If it's safe for pups, it's surely safe for a delicate area like the penis. Your local surgeon might know as well.

Tacky plato could work as well as water based elmers products. Ohhh I think the best stuff to that would work is that new skin stuff used for cuts. That should work. We use the spary on New Skin stuff on our surgical patients to help bandages and telemetry leads stay on more effectivly.

How about using a form of "new skin" it is skin frednily and can holdthings in place, plus you can use it to temparily seal the penis shut? I have had it on my nipples and it stings like hell, but works wonders. Plus if put on thick enough it can be peeled off.

lol rubber cement can harm thwe skin. The woman on blind date used rubber cement to secure her eve costume onto her boobs an had to go to the dr's.

Yep, don't wanna use rubber cement. I think even the bottle says to avoid skin contact.

Best bets are medical glues.

I think actually you can use bisqiuck too. Make it a lil sticky and pasty mold that baby onto the penis and play draw on it with food like supplies:)) An interesting side would be then to bake it up and make the subs eat it lol:))
