I got them both peirced on Aug 15th, and was wondering if its normal for one to feel differant from the other?

Ex - The left ring will turn both directions easly, but the right ring still gets stuck.

When I clean them, the right side always foams up more, meaning more bacteria.
It dosn't seem to be rejecting or infected. So it leaves me a bit confused.

And then the final fact of the left ring has stopped hurting, but the right ring keeps feeling "pinched."

Is this normal?

What do you mean, foams up? Are you using hydrogen peroxide for cleaning? That isn't recommended for piercings. Here is a link to the site for the Association of Professional Piercers, who have established an aftercare standard for piercings.

http://www.safepiercing.org/bodyAftercare.html

What is probably happening is that you are getting a tiny amount of clear dried secretions on the ring, and this makes the ring gouge the healing flesh when the ring moves. It takes several months for the piercing to be fully healed, even if it looks great, so be sure and continue the aftercare instructions until you have no more discomfort. Hope it settles down and gives you no more trouble.

I had the same problem. I ended up having to remove my left ring (twice, in fact) because my left nipple would appear to be healed (no soreness, no "gunky stuff", etc) for a good many months and then out of the blue, my whole breast would swell up and become incredibly painful.

I  have had no problems whatsoever with my right breast.

Okay, I wasn't any help, but just wanted to let you know that you aren't alone!!!!

it can take up to 2 years for a nipple piercing to heal...and i have seen people that never had any problems other than standard crusties which were mildly annoying at worst...do research, talk to piercers, talk to people who have kept them in, i only kept mine in 6 and 8 months the 2 times i had mine pierced....but theres nothing that sounds alarming other than you're using hydrogen peroxide...don't do that....use sea salt soaks in little dixie cups or in coffee cups....

I have pierced the nipples of 6 different subs all of them where friends and friends of each other here in Arizona. It started with a roommate who was submissive about 7 years ago, she came to me one day and asked me to do her nipples for her. At first I was not sure so I did much reading before undertaking this.

I have also done several bellybuttons and clit hoods. I have found that when short barbells where used in the nipples instead of rings they seemed to heal faster because the bars could be twisted in the holes and kept cleaner then hoops. As mentioned also never use hydrogen peroxide as it inhibits healing by killing the live tissue in the wound. Neosporin seems to work well as do many disinfectants used for piercings. I would say based on what I have read you might have a small infection in that nipple. A trip to the Dr might be good just in case you don't want to guess about your health.

Nipples are notorious for slow healing, as someone has said two years is not unknown and I will add that never is also known !
Use a salty water solution to bathe and clean, keep off antiseptics/disinfectants and such agressive stuff. Bars are much better to heal, think about it - a ring when moved (up and down not through)  tries to pull at the entry/exit points. This produces damage and prolongs the healing. Go for rings later if you want, or stirrups on the bars.
A final horor story, a sub of my acquaintance ( not of mine), had to have surgery to one nipple because of a build up of scar tissue, which caused her constant pain. Result a diminished nipple with much less sensitivity. Needless to say she retired the other nipple pierce.

One other thing, a pierce is a wound and has to heal and fight off infections. You need to be in good health, keep to a decent diet and not to have too many other stresses for the immune system. Do not get too many pierces all at once, mental stresses will count against too !

IMO it's normal. Odds are your nipples aren't exactly the same size but the guage of the piercings are. It's also unlikely that the exact same pressure and friction were experienced so there's going to be a difference. Two piercing, two event's. Two separate results.

As others have said don't use hydrogen peroxide. every professional piercer I've known says use non iodized sea salt solution. Never use neosporin because its petroleum based and it can block the piercing thus causing infection inside ouch. Don't move them around to much or play with them. Move them when you clean them and when you clean them make sure you make new solution for each nipple. http://www.bmezine.com/ and try this link. Hope that helps. The link that nyrisa posted is a great one.

When I got mine done, I was told to use antibacterial soap in the shower, then the LITHA method (Leave It The Hell Alone) for the rest of the day.

Mine were about two years old and still oozy slightly when one of the barbells came loose and fell out >.< I hate being 'unbalanced' so I took the other one out too.

Thanks to all the comments, yes, I was using hydrogen peroxide and I have discontinued use of it. For now Im just washing with antibacterial soap, turning them, and washing them off with hot water.
I looked into the sea salt I have here at home, and all it states is, "This salt does not supply iodide, a necessary nutrient." Do not know if its non-iodized though.
Is this salt safe to mix as my washing solution?

I was told to use bactine after i cleaned them, i soak them in warm soapy water, use a clean wet qtip to wash off the soap and any crusties, then spray on the bactine, and slide the bar back and forth.  I do that 3 times a day, and have no problem, they aren't sore or n e thing.  I have a barbell not hoops tho, and i even changedthe balls from the metal to pretty purple plastic ones.  They told me in 2  months mine should be healed, but we will see.  good luck!

Repeatedly I've found that any piercing that involves the amount of nerves that are in the nipples (or clitoral hood) should not be turned during the healing process. anti-bacterial soap should be used to soak the piercing in hot water at a parallel level to the body (I suggest a shot glass) once a day. After soaking them rinse and gently wipe away the crusties..which should have loosened up and softened so that all you're doing is wiping them away. DO NOT PICK AT THE CRUSTIES. Also, I've noticed talking to most pierces I know that nipples in particular should be pierced with bar bells for better healing time. rings are likely to move more and if there's a flaw in the jewlery or one is created  it will irritate the piercing.

recently I had to switch bar to my barbells because bateria actually got inside of the piercing itself and a piece of flawed jelwery had scarpped the inside of the piercing causing an absese (sp?) (Puss pocket) at the piercing itself. It wasn't fun to deal with.

If your piercing becomes infected DO NOT remove the jelwery. If you remove the jewlery you are likely to close off the moeans for the infection to be pushed into the rest of your body...transfereing a once local infection to a general one. Leave the jewlery in and go see your piercer.

That's all folks

One last note...just because it doesn't hurt anymore does NOT mean it's completely healed. This cleaning process is good for not just the healing of the piercing but to help maintain good health of the piercing through the duration of it's existance.

i dont know about that, unless its because you're more likely to bump that side.  i'm rght handed, and my left hurt more because i sleep on that side.
