i am still a BDSM virgin, so this is sort of a hypothetical. i have never had anal sex, but i have "cybered" with men who use this scenario" 1st, regular sex, or a bj 2nd, anal sex, which i get all scared about 3rd, regular sex again 4th, i'm to lick his cock clean Nowhere is there any mention of using a condom. i am 51 years old but have not yet gone through menopause, so i have some (probably teeny-weeeny) chance of pregancy and do not take the Pill. i am obviously as vunerable as other women to any STD going, including HIV. You never double dip. If they do it in porn it's because they have, uh, "cleaned" both places extremely well. You really don't want the bacteria in your intestinal/rectal tract going into your vagina. And I'm sure the tast of poo isn't all that great either....bleh. And condoms are ALWAYS a must.

One of my pet peeves is horribly unrealistic cybersex/stories that people believe are realistic. You -will- get some nasty infections if you have vaginal sex right after anal sex. I wouldn't give someone an unprotected blowjob, including "licking him clean" unless we were body fluid monogamous. I do it with my partner, but there's no problem there. The way we work post-anal is to have a warm, wet washcloth ready. I wipe him down well and THEN we do oral if he wants it. Doesn't kill the mood and doesn't kill me.

Bacteria don't have a larval stage, you're thinking of an intestinal worm infection.

No doctor here (although I like to play one), but the most common result of anal to vaginal intercourse is yeast infection. Hardly life-threatening, but not real pleasant. Depending on what's living in your intestinal tract, you are also at risk of worse bacterial infections as well. By the way, this is just as likely with fingers or sex toys as it is with a penis. It can be done safely, but he needs to swap condoms between acts. Not too common, but quite deadly result of any kind of intercourse, sans condom, is AIDs. Regardless of where he wants to put it... make sure he wraps that rascal. If it's cyber only, I don't think I'd sweat it. Go with the fantasy. Cyber fantasies annoy the hell out of me. And yes, what everyone said is right, you will get a horrible infection if you have anal followed by regular, unprotected sex. yikes.... I understand that condoms aren't very romantic but in this day and age it is usually necessary when starting out.
