I like it a lot, but it isn't always accurate.  It's based on the zip code in "My Account."  If someone moved and didn't change their zip code in there, you'd get bad information.  And sometimes people don't tell the truth about their zip code.  And sometimes they don't enter a zip code at all.

Still, it's nice not to have to ask "Nice profile--whereabouts in PA are you?" anymore.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that just saw it. I hope it's new. I like it, it's cool. Some of the people I talk to I didn't know they lived that far away from me.

Sometimes it's accurate, sometimes not. It pegs El Paso at 85 miles from here, which is almost dead on. But then it tells me that it's only 506 miles to Indianapolis. Not even close.

I saw it yesterday and thought, "Thank you!"   I think it's a great feature.

Thank you, Admin!

The only problem with distance parameters is that it's usually a straight line....lol....for folks like me, when there's this huge body of water in between that needs to be driven around, the distance is significantly skewed.   Ah well, no system is perfect.

So when are we getting an option to see if someone is single, married, involved, etc?

Maybe it's metric or something.

Well, at least we get a ball park number.    I appreciate even an estimate.
