I had a yogurt smoothie thingy for breakfast.

A bagel for lunch.

A couple random pieces of sushi and miso soup for dinner.

Could be better, could be worse I guess. :)

Today's breakfast was 2 eggs, 2 pieces of toast, with brummel and brown yogurt spread and 3 saussages. and a couple sips of juice.

Today's snack was aquafina water a saussage and a fruit parfet cup.

Lunch will be a home made green salas with advicado, and lettuce and celery and tomato and a rotissery chicken.

A tuna sub, cold pepsi and a few chips so far...And yes pussy eating is very low cal smiles...
