The "My ass is on fire" thread prompted me to do a bit of looking. I was surprised how much info is out there on this. Who would have thought that your dildo could cause cancer, damage your reproductive system, destroy your kidneys and lungs, etc.?  Geesh....really, everyone should check this out. I know I'm going to be cleaning out my toybox!

latex only effects some people. There are some of us who wear latex all the time with out any effect at all. I think everyones body Chemistry is different. It is also been known that the powder that is used that maybe the problem

Um....read the articles...it's not latex we're talking about here.

LATEXBABY64 -> RE: Toxic Sex Toys (9/15/2007 7:42:31 AM)

no in one of the links you posted it talks about it

YourhandMyAss -> RE: Toxic Sex Toys (9/15/2007 7:46:40 AM)

I just use a condom over any jelly toy I  accidently get. I don't buy jelly however cause I knew about them being potentially toxic a long long time ago.

I retail adult toys in New Zealand and have opted to not stock PVC toys because of the unknown toxins found in the average PVC sex toy product ...better safe than sorry
