I am looking for some cbt senerio ideas. If anyone has any, could you help me out a little.

I recommend the book "The Family Jewels" by Hardy Haberman. CBT is not somethin you should engage in without instructions and/or training.

Yes, I agree with both suggestions, and please do pick up the book "The Family Jewels" a wonderful lot of information for fairly little money.. M
