There is no magical diet, pill or solution. If you want to lose weight and do so in a healthy manner, consume less calories than you use, limit your fat intake, learn the difference between good carbs and bad carbs, adjust your diet accordingly and increase your levels of exercise. In summation, do away with bad eating habits and behaviors and learn to eat healthy and exercise. Get off the dieting rollercoaster and change your habits for life.

Or get surgery, if you lose enough body parts you will eventually weigh less.

a little medical advice based on a medium frame: if you are a small frame, take 5 pounds off, if a large, add 5.   The weight that is ideal and this is based on medical standards, which, do i agree with? NO! But here goes:  For a 5'0 woman begin from 100 pounds for a medium frame, and after every inch after that add 5 lbs, for example, the medium framed woman of 5'5, "should be 125 pounds.  If a small frame, 120, a large frame, 130.  I don't go by this, this is just the "books".

And if i did go by it, i am at least 5 lbs over lol.............as long as you eat healthy and are withing normal range, don't be so concerned.

Sparkpeople.com has some great exercise videos and you can log your foods. Very customizable. I dont suggest eating their recommended meal plan, most people dont, and you can turn it off and log your own. There are groups to join for similar goals or things you enjoy to help with motivation and lots of message boards to ask questions. You can also log your fitness and create workouts and they have short videos and pages showing you how to correctly do exercises. They have a connected recipe site, Sparkrecipes.com (may not have the s, not sure if it is recipe or recipes) There is a lot there and adds new things quite frequently. Best of all, its all free.
