I found a lovely black subbie here at Collarme.com a while ago. I'm a mature, caucasian Dom with lots of previus experience with subs/slaves, and BDSM. I even had an affair with a black woman before, but that was a vanilla thing. This was so much better. She was basically a newbie, and I was her first Dom for several key training events... Let me just say, she was a quick study, and a truly excellent submissive. A bit feisty, but a lot of fun. This is a great site. I've met friends and several great subs here.

I find it a bit odd that you say "a lovely black subbie" instead of "a lovely subbie who is black". Is this an attempt to humiliate her? It comes off to me like you are objectifying her as a race.

I don't know about your submissive but I'm sure the name subbie goes over about just as well as Aunt Jamima.. or the N word...not bad if she's into verbal humiliation...seriously...do people still refer to submissives as subbies...gheesh I must be getting to old..or the train of the modern Dom has caught me sitting in the middle of the tracks and run me over...

people - lighten up! you want to split semantic/racial hairs, when I am not a racist! and that whole sub/subbie/submissive thing in terms of what is politically correct is really overdone -

The OP has stated that he is not a racist. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt, shall we?

That works for me - there is no point in hounding him.

Why does everyone keep getting upset over OTHER PEOPLE'S relationships? He can call her whatever he wants. If she doesn't like it, she'll leave.

Well said. I didn't find the OP's post to be racially insensitive. Just another case of semantics gone awry.

I use the term subbie - I am generally in a hurry, and typing "sexual submissive" gets to be a bit much when one is on the keyboard as much as I am. As far as "black fill-in-the-blank" as opposed to a "fill-in-the-blank who is black" is concerned, could it not be a verbal situation determined by the ease of use for each phrase?

I guess being black automaticly made my comment seem as if it was more than it was meant...see here we go with preceptions...it had nothing to do with race..it was all about the word subbie...oie vay
