In general I love men. They are amusing, fun loving, willing to throw caution to the wind (in my experience). I love them as a group. But.. if I am going to lay next to them, I want to admire their mind, bask in their intelligence, laugh at their humor, envy their interpersonal relationships, and have a degree of desire to ignite the spark to keep it going. For me, they don't have to be Brad Pitt, but I would like not to feel distaste when I think of kissing them. To that end, there are men that would never attract me. I don't care for all over bear fur on their bodies. I dislike beards that are over grown. These are small things, but everyone has their preference. I get dismissed for my look as well. Perference. It's not just the quantity of men on this site that matters but, the quality and the compatibility factor of the individual, that has to be considered. It's not just about the numbers. If there were only one man on this site and he just happened to be exactly what a woman was looking for, that would be great. But, even if there were a million men on here and even if some of them might be just what a woman is looking for, trying to find him or be found by him is still a daunting process. Trying to weed through the multitude of men who are on here and who send emails can be very frustrating and time consuming. Also, have you forgotten about a little thing called, "Safe, Sane, and Consensual?" To keep things safe and sane, a woman, as well as the man, needs to know who she (and he) is getting involved with. That can take time and, after taking that time, you might still find out that the person's just not right for you, after all. To keep things sane, at least for the long-term, it really does help if you are compatible with each other. And, consensual means that, even as a submissive woman, i get to decide who i want to submit to. Even though i am a slut, i am a very selective slut and i don't let my natural horniness or need to serve cloud my judgment and make me fall on my knees to just any Dom and consent to become His slave, without first finding out if this is a man who i can see myself being the property of for a very long time. After all, i have to want to be used by Him, in any way He chooses. That means that i need to, not only trust Him but, also respect Him, and be able to depend on Him, and be able to communicate effectively with Him, and enjoy being with Him, enjoy looking at Him and smelling Him and tasting Him, and being able to laugh with Him and be myself with Him. That requires being selective and being selective usually takes time. It's pretty easy to hook-up with someone for a brief period of time but, for anyone looking for a meaningful, long-term, committed relationship, it does require being selective about the person you choose to submit to.
