I am wanting to make my profile picture my forums avatar. Any one know how?

my profile (gold lettering and upper right on this very screen) scroll down to avatar section and it will be right there.  You have me blocked or I would write more directions personally.  LOL, you might have me  blocked here too!!!! Oh, well, someone will be by.
