check out Zach White Leather @ zachwhite.com. They may not be the lowest priced, but the quality of the leather and hardware has always been top notch.

Ebay often people end up buying and later find they have no real interest in or no longer have time to do, so will sell their tools off as a set on ebay , other place to search is Tandyleather.com especially when on sale
