Yea, right, I can see you sitting on the porch, handing out candy and pinching their little cheeks.

Obviousy mine is Halloween. Because I like Wicca(I'm not a Wiccan though lol) so there is a spiritual element to it... Also I've always just loved horror movies, scary stories, vampires etc.

And of course, because every Halloween comes...Hallowicked.

Mine is Thanksgiving....all the family is together in one spot for a change.  And the good smelling food that lingers in the air all day is just breathtaking.

last year I was the ghost-rider, skull mask with cheescloth flames on it, my leather biker jacket, and chaps, skeletal hands, voice modulator
this year I'm going to do the same but I'll dress up my bike a bit. I break out fog machines, spiderwebs, rats, bats, crawling hands, horror mirrors
I need to make some tombstones, yeah that's the ticket, need more for the yard!

My fav is Halloween. Just can't beat it for the excitement, the exotic costumes, the element of danger, and the FREE CANDY!!!!!

My all time favorite is Christmas.  I love giving people gifts and seeing their faces light up.  For me it isn't much about receiving anything.  Christmas is a time when family is together.  I grew up much younger than my siblings.
They were out of the house by the time I was about 9.  So, it was always a wonderful time for me.

However all are gone now.  I'm the survivor and we have new family.  Friends have become family so it is still a special time of rememberance and family.

Halloween is a close second.  Its the best time of year...cooler than the heat of the summer.  The wind is in the air.  Children are laughing.  You can also make their day by the gift you give them in their bag.

Valentines day is a third.  While I have never been one to exchange gifts.  Something about the day seems special to me.

All Hallow's Eve!  Experimenting with the mercurial faces of existence...standing at the glimmering doorway, between one plane of existence and another...

Addams' family values!  While others may feel comforted by watching the Brady Bunch, I always found the Addams family to be such a wonderful, loving, accepting, and playful model of family.

Vampirism...ahhh

My favorite vampire, Haido - oh, hyde, I want to come to your annual Night of the Living Dead concert, in Japan, and see you rise out of a coffin, and play in your various costumes, because, you see, hyde loves Halloween, too!

And, I love the Gothic clothing and decor.

"Drink from me and live forever."

- from a fan's avatar, regarding the artist Gackt, who reports that he is 467 years old, and counting.

"Where's your costume, dear?"

July 4th......cuz it's MY birthday!  Yep, I'm a greedy little wench!

Christmas is good when i'm actually able to be with my family.....but strangely enough, I can survive Christmas alone...what kills me is Mother and Father's Days.....I get so homesick then!  But most holidays I work anyway, especially Christmas and Thanksgiving.....I don't have family here with me, so I'll work so someone else can spend the day with their families.
