At the top of the main page there is a link that says Ticket List. What is this for? What are tickets?

I would imagine it's regarding requests made for technical issues with the site.

Thanks. i think Aileen must be right because i have never reported any posts, but i have made several requests for technical assistance and it says i have no tickets.
