Has anyone else got this condition? If so how has it impacted on play? Any tips or suggestions ?

I have CFS, and I although my experience is limited with "play," I find for sex, as long as I don't wear myself out I'm usually fine afterwards.
Sometimes the sacrifice to push things physically can be worth it, imo.
Sorry I can't be more help. [sm=frown.gif]

Thanks for that, i have just been going through a relapse and am just back on the road to recovery. i've always 'saved' up energy to push myself and enjoy the moment, like you i have found i generally recover well if i get a good sleep/ rest after. i just wish there was a finite answer. . . .
