look for Heretic , its Sandra, I am not sure of the spelling of her last name might be Heullic. She used to have a shop in Toronto, but she closed it a few years ago, but is still doing custom work.

I have a custom corset I got on ebay. It was made to my measurements and specifications. It looks and fits great. Try a serach for custom corset or custom leather corset.
