i am wired straight myself (as much as one can be in partaking of a kinky lifestyle) and while i camp on the submissive side of the kneel, i have a tendancy to dominate those that are more submissive than i. As to Dominant women, i have known 2 personally and served them both in a service capacity - they do exist and while i felt no sexual inclinations, i did feel their dominance and neither were what i classified as "bitch". Perhaps it is my personality, but i have never had issues with a Domme trying to convert me to be submissive to them. Perhaps i just attract those that are the "real deal" who have no need to prove themselves...they walk their talk~

it's easy for you to not feel like they are dominant because you are secure enough in yourself to feel on equal grounds with them, no matter what the situation. those who 'rise up to a challenge' that was never posed as a challenge in the first place, aren't as secure in themselves and their dominance and feel a need to 'prove' otherwise and/or are being emotionally reactive and don't know any other way to perceive your line of thinking, other than as a threat/challenge/cut-down... don't feel bad, it happens to me all the time by dominant men, and i'm a submissive!

Okay, I had not thought of that part of the equasion. Now I have done a very unladylike snort-giggle (thank god I have learned to not be in mid-swallow of a liquid substance whilst reading here). I believe I might get my "dominant woman" certificate revoked. edited to add....... I believe this is where we cue in a recording of a character from a famous US sitcom that my daughter used to watch....Pheobe "MY EYES, MY EYES!!!"

Sorry, Kyra, I can't help it, I love to wind him up. I envision him typing away laughing with the male version of my own wicked and evil laughter. (think sexy mad scientist/evil Dr. of doom) I don't care how "sweet" he thinks his eyes may be, I am certain that when they shine, it is the most devilish gleam.
