If you made a blanket request not to have him discuss anything sexual you are participating in, then he's in trouble.  But in his defense, I would have no idea that it had anything to do with you, or ANY woman, in particular.  It was phrased in such a way that it comes across as innocent curiosity.

Still, if there's an undertone I'm missing and he did bad, then have at thee.
