I have tried to look for the site owner e mail or a way to contact site owner about a problem and I am not able to find it can any one help me. Thank you for your assistance.

I believe you can send a message to any of the moderators through collarme. Search for ModeratorOne, ModeratorTwo, ModeratorThree and ModeratorFour. Good Luck.

Besides the ones that proud mentioned, you can also write (from the collar me side) [email protected]. Or post down in the section that says *Systems Issues and Idea's*.
