Disclaimer: This has absolutely nothing to do with real animals but with humans role playing animals, and any reference to "animals" in this post is meaning humans role playing animals. I am hoping ya'll will not mind being my preliminary research subjects for a presentation I am developing. After attending Beyond Vanilla I realized that the standard options of pony, puppy and kitty (well, my standard options) just aren't enough options. At the event I encountered individuals that identified as a fox, a snake and a donkey amongst others. So, for those that identify, either wholly or a partially, as an animal, in any role - dominant, submissive, switch or anything else - what animal(s) do you identify as? If there were more poll options available I would like to be able to have the option to deferentiate between roles and animal identies. I am also adding an option for Trainer. This is for those that like to be on the "human" side of the human-animal relationship. If any clarification is needed, please ask. Thanks Lots of Purrs chelle

for me, i have gone into the head space of black thoroughbred painted pony pit bull puppy wolf pig as a trainer or shaman i have had the pleasure of training or facilitating the emergence of German Sheppard pup slaves kitty ponies terradactyl bears wolves and an eagle what is the presentation on...can you give a brief synopsis?

no confirmed details yet..still in preliminary research status...gotta talk with the organizers...but it won't be till sept 08 at the earliest... edited to add: ya'll really are my ginuea pigs...trying out this question to see if asks what i want it to ask...

grrr fucking hate that it got moved, its not random stupidity, it has to do with the lifestyle... i've seen kitty play and puppy play threads and polls stay active for months on the general boards

I tend to be rather catlike in behaviour in general, with moderate kitty play. I've had an interest in pony play, to date, I've only been on the trainer end of those reigns (I <3 my Jorge pony!). I've played with piggies, that are fun as hell and make me giggle. I'm neutral to piggie play, outside of being very entertained - which probably has more to do with who my piggie friends were. I, myself, don't see myself being able to get into being the puppy, but have been very interested in puppy play for a while as well. I have some roots in animal behavior and enjoy training.... humans really are just animals, and what fun to pretend to be another kind. [:D]

WE both are trainers of pony boys and girls,I have owned a puppy girl before as well..The world famous human pony trigger has spent time in our barn....

I'm not altogether sure I am into it, but if I was into anything, it would be feline in nature. I'm not sure how it started. A friend on here calls me kitten while a different one calls me HellKitten. Must be my personality.

I've always been curious as to pony play... being the pony I mean. I have a bit and tail but I am a wild colt to use the terms correctly.

right person? do you feel you need a trainer type person? or would you be interested in taking a class in kitty play? or just learning more about it? what about from another kitty?
