Status: offline 		Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has experince wiht rough breast play with a woman who has augmented breasts. My girlfreind is planning on having breast augmentation surgury and getting saline inplants and I wanted to get some guidence on any special conciderations that would need to be made.

Status: offline 		Granted this happened in the bad days of implants but one of my sisters got them. She specifically told the surgeon more than once that she is involved in martial arts. He told her several times that there was no worry.A few years down the road she took a blow to the chest and ruptured her implants. She has serious auto-immune problems begin immediately. Yeah she is part of that whole Dow suit.  So my point is please do serious research. Ask more than one doctor. Research it online in medical journals. If you have just the slightest doubt on safety then think long and hard as to the permanent potential problems. Otherwise I think implants can look fantastic, and I would get them in a heartbeat. Maybe. Okay no but only because I am a chicken with elective surgery.

Status: offline 		Ask the doctors how much the pressure per pound the shell of the encasing material can tolerate.

then measure and practice below that pressure on a soft rubber ball.

By then, you will have a general idea of what is safe allowable squeezing or proding.

Status: offline 		I saw a TV show - extreme engineering - the crew did wacky experiments on a  um  loose..not used - silicone breast implant. Put it under pressure - high altitude, deep sea, even a microwave!

The implant held up amazingly. Note - saline did not! Silicone is used again, BTW, by doctors.

BUT - this is a single, unattached medical implant. The dangers of it shifting, bulging, muscle damage were made clear - this was not a test for that!

Ask your doctor. Do research. I read in a woman's magazine that studies say approx. 40% of women with any sort of breast implant need to have it re-done within a few years. They do not last forever. Think maintence.. and $.

Go for it if desired ..but be informed. Me? I am happy enough with my firm moderate size. But... ya never know.. ;)

I wish more women would take your position. Unless you have a true reason to get implants (i.e. deformation, breast removal due to cancer, used to have a dick) leave the titties alone. Even the flattest chested female can be sexy if she wanted to be...... just cant titty fuck.

Thanks for all the feedback. In this particular case, the choice of getting the implants was already made by her. It was her choice completely and really has nothing to do with me. She simply feels she would be happier if she had larger breasts. She has thoroughly researched this subject for well over a year. The whole implants vs real debate and the whole choice of doing it or not was not really the point of my post. I’m primarly looking for info and experiences others have had with breast play post augmentation.

Status: offline 		extrealmy small breasts can affect a women pychologically. Not to mention clothing like tops fit better with something to fill it out with. Kind of hard to feel sexy if you have pychological issues with your own body.

Status: offline 		When I play with a woman who has had implants, I avoid heavy impact or "thuddy" activities to her breasts. Choose smaller, thinner items...caning, thin leather strip "lite-weight" flogger, etc. All the usual nipple-play generally still works just fine. I don't do breast binding on augmented tits either..you will still have many options, just bear in mind that regardless of how "tough" the implants themselves tested...they're a foreign object planted in her chest and as such have to be considered in ways you don't generally have to be concerned when the breasts are "Au Natural"...

Status: offline 		Having just gotten silicone implants this year I highly recommend them over the saline. i have seen several instances of the saline rupturing with a hard blow. silicone is a little more but worth every penny. you dont get the ugly ripples when you bend over with silicone. I hope this helps

Status: offline 		I would be extremely oh so careful, espesically considering the amount of money invested!! So, if she gets them...
i would avoid hard breast play, unless you want to put your girlfriend through another painful surgery and the infections
and such that go with that.

Status: offline 		This is not every case but there are reports that women who have implants either loose feeling or gain sensitivity. Gainning sensitivty or staying the same is what you want. If she looses all or most of her feeling, then being rough might be a waist of your time.
