I found this little black and tan wandering past my house and when I walked up to it, it turned and walked back to this house on our street and was showing great interest in getting in the yard and in the door, however the door was closed nobody home, and a big black dog was guarding said door.

Could this be an indication that the dog belongs there? =

It's possible, either that or that big black dog was in heat. :)

Yeh I did pahunk,
I was gonna open up the screen door and let her in, because they had a doggie door, but the big angry barking dog quickly changed my mind of that.

She belongs to the houseI suspected she did. I left a note saying if you own this beagl I found call me, my name and then my house address and phone number.  The man just came and picked her up. She was no trouble at all* smiles* I put her in my bed and we both fell asleep waitin for her daddy.
