Evidently the easily-offended see something in their perception of a mockery of the Last Supper that I can't or don't see. Decide for yourself. Personally, even though I don't drink beer, I might start buying the stuff just to support Miller.
Miller Beer understands that kinky folks are business people and speak with the dollar. The first Folsom Street Fair I attend (In 1999) was eye opening to see so many corporate sponsors. Does the city of San Francisco mock Christianity by sanctioning this event? San Francisco is the home of some beautiful churches including one that's right in the center of Folsom Street Fair. As far as I know, that church hasn't complained either. This event is a huge money maker for the city and county of San Francisco, there is hardly ever any incidents and there isn't the public hoopla over it as the Castro Street Halloween celebration which isn't about it being in a gay friendly neighborhood but it being about the thugs, punks and wannabe gangsters that invade it looking for trouble.
It's more right wing spinning.. They are grasping at straws. Miller has been at FSF at least since 1999 and I'm sure sooner.
