Littleone, I'm not questioning that there is love or even desire based on the current reality. My question is more along the lines of wouldn't it make sense that one could become even *more* desirable and how many sane owner's who love their property would actually tell them to have plastic surgery? When they look at pictures, or mention someone they find attractive....how close is the resemblance?

Let's put it this way...I know I am loved. I know I am desired. I also know that between myself and Kim Delaney, if he didn't know either of us, he would gravitate towards Kim Delaney...lol. Is that a bad thing? Not to my way of thinking. It just is.

Am I the only one who "gets it" when the commercial comes on tv and the girl asks her husband "does this make me look fat" and he stuffs food in his mouth so he doesn't have to answer? I know I'm not, but I'm starting to feel like it while reading the responses to this thread...lol.

Seriously, if a person is happy with how they look, I think that's wonderful! If someone doesn't feel the risks or costs of cosmetic surgery are worth it...that's certainly understandable! But for those who smugly say to those of us who would do it "well my Master thinks I am perfect just the way I am (and he'd better or I wouldn't be with him), even if I have bunions on my feet, boobs that can be tied in a bow, and a behind that is comprised mostly of cellulite...well, don't you think that its barely possible that they may just be deluding themselves? <shrug>

best regards,
fate

I simply find it confusing and distressing that people put a priority value on "nature" over "surgery" and say they are better because they are natural when, by and large, they had no control over what "nature" gave them AND because every single person I know puts "artificial" things on their bodies to try and enhance it's appeal.

So to say "Im better because I don't need/want/would have surgery" not only seems illogial, but hypocritical...and it's as bad as saying "I'm better because I don't need/want/would have bondage in my play"

NakedOnMyChain -> RE: Cosmetic Surgery. (8/9/2005 3:42:28 AM)

It's a definite possibility that master/mistress is lying to you. But it's also just as possible that they aren't. That they genuinely love you just the way you are. So your boobs sag a bit, so your butt isn't exactly a delectable bubble, so you have child-bearing hips, so your tummy's a bit bigger than you'd like. Everyone has their own conception of beauty. Love yourself, and others will follow.

NakedOnMyChain -> RE: Cosmetic Surgery. (8/9/2005 3:51:31 AM)

I don't think there's anything distressing about it. If people love themselves just as they are, there is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with it. Rock on, and power to ya'. But if all the safer options are explored and you just can't live with yourself the way you are, do what you have to do. Just, for goddess sake, be careful. My Mom had plastic surgery about five years back, done at a respectable surger center (The Zolman Center in Indianapolis). During her liposuction they removed blood instead of fat, and she's already anemic. She almost died of blood loss on the operating table. In addition, they gave her a horrible infection. She spent five months in the hospital. I spent everyday of the summer I was sixteen with her in the hospital wondering if she was going to make it to the next day. Fortunately my Mom's always been a trooper, and despite a long and painful recovery, she pulled through and is as crazy and wonderful as she always has been. I guess all I'm trying to say is make sure that you've explored all your options fully. Don't just run off to the quickest option with the fastest results, because sometimes quick can be devestating.

FelinePersuasion -> RE: Cosmetic Surgery. (8/15/2005 1:36:29 AM)

I don't feel the need to put fake parts in me to feel good. In cases where it's like sultries case I understand completely, because it was more than just I wish I was bigger or I am not happy with what I have.

Lipo suction takes about 12 weeks to heal from, and they look horrible from swelling and draining and all. I watch dr 90210 he does plastic surguries and stuff live on telivision. he does wonderfull work but the patients look awfull untill they heal. And fat can come back Liposuctions not permant.

If I had done everything in my power to loose weight and had done so but flabby skin kept on presenting medical conditions I'd have some of it taken off. but never for kicks or it strokes someone's ego in someway or any thing else but medical concerns

this slave has not had any cosmetic surgery, to please Master or in her previously vanilla life---mom is a nurse and all the horror stories about medically necessary surgeries that have gone wrong have made this slave shy away from any surgery that wasn't medically necessary==BIG RISK FACTOR==

Raf -> RE: Cosmetic Surgery. (9/10/2005 3:59:51 PM)

Don't believe in elective surgery myself. the only thing it changes is the way you view yourself in your mind rather than the way others view you. The risks are the same as any surgery.

I wish you well,

Raf

FLButtSlut -> RE: Cosmetic Surgery. (9/10/2005 4:32:34 PM)

To me the most important question would be what type of cosmetic surgery? If I found myself with someone who wanted me to have a nose job, no way. My cousin had one, as did an ex boyfriend from long ago. My cousin (female) looked much better afterward and she was sadly born with the "family nose" which was no small honker, I can assure you! But being adopted as a child, I escaped that nose. Mine isn't perfect, but not so large or mishapen that I would go through that kind of pain.

Body sculpting/liposuction? Next question would be "are you footing the bill?" lol. My son was nearly 10 pounds at birth and that area doesn't seem to improve no matter what.

Boob lift? Gravity hits hard folks, I can't tie them in a bow (what a mental picture Stormsfate) but they sure aren't as perky as when I was younger. I can live with them, sure, but I wouldn't mind having them perky either.

Breast enlargement? I don't think I need them any bigger. If I was with someone who wanted me to have breasts like Dolly Parton, it ain't gonna happen. I have enough back problems from the ones I have!

Face lift/eye lift and the like? Facial surgery is too frightening to me. Likewise with laser surgery to correct my vision. I wear extended wear contacts and until they no longer make a strong enough prescription, I am not going for it.

Then there is the more extreme stuff like vaginal tightening and the like. The list is endless and I'm sure for most people, the answer would often depend on the question.

PS to sultry....you are a true survivor and God bless your good health!

subcheryl -> RE: Cosmetic Surgery. (9/11/2005 9:00:36 AM)

Ok I have had breast reduction done due to size DDD/EE boobs on a 5'4" frame had bad shoulder problems and kneck pain due to them, and I wouldn't change them, now they aren't the first things men see, LOL. Had to have some minor lipo done to underarm due to fat buildup there and yep it is coming back can't afford to have anything done now and hessitate to do so anyway as when they did it the first time ended up having to have that side lanced open due to a fluid build up that was so bad overnight couldn't put my arm near my body and really painful didn't even feel when the dr lanced it.
As far as any yep when I loose the weight I want to will have a tummy tuck if can afford that, this due to fact know that not all will disappear due to haveing two bys 10+ lbs and a twin preg. so stretched not funny

lustiwench -> RE: Cosmetic Surgery. (9/11/2005 10:27:30 AM)

Absolutely!! In fact I am planning a tummy tuck and a chin augmentation for next summer. Yes Master loves me just the way I am, but He is also supportive in my desires to do this because He knows these are two areas that bother me tremendously about my physical appearance. If all goes well with those surgeries, I will be considering a breast lift as well.

For me, it is about the way I perceive myself and if it makes me feel better about myself and more self confident, then why not? I think anyone that wants to improve their own self image should go for it.

Sunshine119 -> RE: Cosmetic Surgery. (9/11/2005 10:54:38 AM)

Geez....at 49??? If someone else paid for it, I'd have my breasts, which nursed babies, lifted, my furrowed brow softened, and excess, baggy skin from child bearing removed. LOL.... I've read the responses of many of the younger women here who say they would remain just as they are. At their ages, I would have made the same claim. I was boasting that I would grow old gracefully and naturally. But, as nature has begun to take its course, I've decided that anything I can do to stall its arrival would be a benefit!

Hallittlelolita -> RE: Cosmetic Surgery. (9/11/2005 7:24:52 PM)

i wouldnt want to get cosmetic surgery because of the risks involved and plus the pain afterwards no way maybe i just watched to many Famous Face episodes on MTV lol. As far as what my Master thinks he thinks i am beautiful the way i am, but i am a little self conscious of my stomach because of some stretch marks during pregnancy but people have told me they will fade within time.[:)]

Sincerely andie and her Master Hal

Elegant -> RE: Cosmetic Surgery. (9/11/2005 7:35:04 PM)

My own desires..in order of preference and that Master has said 'OK, when funds permit":

1. Laser eye surgery..get rid of the contacts!
2. Breast lift: Gravity sucks

To me, there is a different in enhancing and accenting natural beauty or your natural self - and going under a knife or evasive procedure.

What's the difference?

What's the difference between coloring hair and implanting saline in a body except that one is more permanent and riskier than the other?

ooh, i beg to differ. anytime you implant a foreign substance into the body, you are creating an invasion (ergo: invasive surgery). saline implanted has an expiration date on the vial...now how does that change being in your body? talk to some really good pathologists and they will tell you what can happen. additionally, if one is talking about breast implants filled with saline, please remember the envelope is made of silicone, and silica can slough off and travel within the body. also go and look up one of the manufacturers of these devices and see the complication rates for 5 years. also check how often the procedure is most likely to need redoing. i believe at present, the lifespan is about 10 years on the outside, so you've to save for repeat surgery, if you get lucky and don't have complications in the first few years, to have this procedure done again and again and again. if you tire of it, you'll have a good deal of droopy skin to deal with, and then you've to consider a mastoplexy and all of the things which go along with that.
as to chin implants, they are made of silicone as well. silicone is not something that was made to be implanted into the human body. check out how many people with silicone joint implants, penile implants, chin implants, and others have complaints with the manufacturers of these devices, not even to mention the women who had some problems following breast implants. does everyone have problems? probably not. have many? oh yes.
it really is best to think extremely carefully before one considers elective surgery of any type. as someone else mentioned, one can become very ill from complications of any surgery (or die). the popularity of putting these surgeries on television and making them seem so ordinary has once again set churning the plastic surgery carousel. think carefully before stepping on for a ride, and thoroughly inform yourself through all means possible, not just the pretty ones that reinforce your decision. informed consent. then, good luck with it.

I do not yet have a Master but I think I would have to evaluate and think hard about plastic surgery before I agreed. THat is not a solid NO just a maybe.

HentaiGamerKitty -> RE: Cosmetic Surgery. (9/22/2005 4:41:28 PM)

I'm an overweight girl and I know that my weight/looks severely affect my self esteem. My Master wants me to lose the weight then go get a breast lift, tummy tuck, and lipo. I'm completely excited about it because I know I'm going to feel SO much better about myself afterwards.

Is he wanting me to do this just so he can have a gorgeous slave on his arm at dungeon parties? Maybe...but I also like to think that he knows how bad myself esteem is and how much happier I'll be when I appreciate my appearance.

sting516 -> RE: Cosmetic Surgery. (9/22/2005 7:26:32 PM)

Funny that this has come up...as recently i was talking with a Domme who wanted to create Her own shemale...something i would have been willing to do (meaning have the breast implants) had things progressed...of course, i had great trepidation about it at times...what would family say, how would it affect work situations...but it was also quite an exciting thought as well.

This never got past the discussion stage with this Domme, as i'm about to become owned by a wonderful Domme...i will be put in a sensory deprivation box for an extended period...so who knows what i'd be willing to do after that...but i was up for the implants, so where it goes next is anyone's guess...except for Her, i know She has a plan in mind which She's not sharing fully at this point...which is fine with me...i'm looking forward to becoming the perfect slave for Her.

Of course...i went a bit off track here...but wanted to share...now if that surgery was to include castration...that's i'd really need to think about...of course, as i said...my attitudes may be changing soon, so one never knows.

Evanesce -> RE: Cosmetic Surgery. (9/22/2005 7:49:11 PM)

I'm a big girl. We're talking more than 150 lb I need to lose. It's happening... slowly. But you can bet that when it's gone, I've got a whole laundry list of things I want fixed - starting with the nose I've hated for nearly 40 years. I'll probably just settle for the nose job, a boob lift, tummy tuck, upper arm tuck, fanny lift, brow lift, a full set of DaVinci veneers, and a little lipo, but it'll definitely be done.
