Good afternoon - I was raised with proper courtesy and respect. Hence, I never join a new neighborhood without saying 'hello' to the neighbors. 'Hello'! I look forward to observing and learning a lot here, initially, and look forward to be treated with the same level of respect and courtesy that I extend to others. yvette
