As far as I can see, this idea that you have to be 21 to buy alcohol is pretty much unique to the USA.  I'm not aware of anywhere in Europe where an eighteen-year-old can't buy alcohol.

Status: offline 		Laurell, the beer here is actually more potent.  The breweries like Labatts makes Bud, Miller etc, just stronger.  neener neener.

We think American beer is watered down. 

Quebec, we purchasing booze for people (other's parents, brothers) by age 9ish.  Just take a note and voila..They load it on your wagon LOL.
