This is my first post, other than my intro...such a wonderful topic to start with...

Mmmmm what a nice first post to jump in with! With your head tilted off the side of the bed the throat is extended into a long passage eliminating the natural curve of the mouth to throat. The one guy I did this with had a huge curve in his cock which made it a little harder to manage, and he wasn't particularly skilled (all brute force slamming) but occasionally we would get the angle right and it would slide down there blocking off the windpipe making breathing impossible.
