Have him sit up at the head of the bed spread eagle. Lay on your stomach and get up real close. Put him in your mouth, and don't suck or stroke, just slowly put it deeper into your mouth. As it goes further back and passes your palette and hits the soft fleshy part where that punching bag thingee is, press the head of his penis up into that soft fleshy part and stop. Relax and just let it sit there and relax, and breathe. This will train you to override your gag reflex. It will also drive him insanely wild. Once you can do that, take it in a little deeper.
