the anticipation mounts
the uncertainty fills
every part of my mind
days my mind now counts
and terror kills
every shred of peace i find
i will go to Them
must take this flight
though it may leave me homeless
i now seek the gem
that will set alight
this Slave's life filled with stress

I like your poems Ladybug. But with this one i'm having some trouble with the message. If i am understanding it right the slave is leaving home and flying off to start a new life with a dom/domme. I can understand some apprehension, but she sounds terrified.

well i was when i wrote it lol and i had good reason as it was yet again another scam *sigh* it happens but honestly the ending of the poem also states that the search is terrifying but worth the search for the right one i was very terrified at the time though and it came out that way
