Saddled for years with one of the world's worst records on child health, Afghanistan has seen access to health care rise dramatically since the U.S.-led invasion. Thousands of health clinics have been built across the country, and the Afghan government and aid agencies have trained tens of thousands of doctors, vaccinators and health volunteers who now reach into some of the country's most remote areas. God damn neo-con's, spreading this propoganda. We all know that Afghanistan was about oil and killing innocent American soldiers who were conned into signing up for the armed services by the same sort of tricky ballots that they used in Florida to scam innocent citizens into voting for Bush in the first place. It's all over the place, like 9/11, which, mind you, was actually a US Tomahawk cruise missile with new military stealth technology fired from a submarine off the coast. In short, the world is all messed up, it's only getting worse. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to take my meds. --- On a seperate note, it's good to hear that they're doing better over there. I hope those kids have a better shot at a life we'd consider to be decent than their parents did.

If you clear your memory lucky, just about everybody (including the French) agreed that America had the right to invade Afghanistan after 9/11. If Bush concentrated on Afghanistan rather than criminally invading Iraq, there would be little opposition to Bush in the 'freee world'. There is still a lot of international support for what is happening in Afghanistan but it had been compromised by the criminal invasion of Iraq.
