Ropes, baby, it is all about ropes! I could write an entire essay on how much I love ropes and shibari in specific (and have, but I won't subject you to it lol). My least favorite has been silk scarves maybe because it seems kind of feminine for a man to use silky scarves to me for some reason. We most often use leather cuffs and I have a heavy wooden headboard with wrought iron that works well with them. Other things I like include being tied up with a belt, rope (although this one can leave marks), or with a leash. variety is exciting so that I never know what to expect. I think the bondage tape looks interesting and the hog-tied thingees but I have never tried either of these. metal handcuffs look like they might be hard to move around and change positions but i never tried them.

Rope, pallet wrap, scarves - basically anything but chain, I don't deal well with cold. And if it takes him a while to get me untied, that just means I get to stay in bondage longer. No downside there I can see!

Personally I prefer the Japanese Silk Rope. It is more comfortable for me and i know not to try to get out of them(not that i want to) rose aka Michaelsangel

Me.... well, I'm terrible. If I can feel it biting in to my skin & it does leave marks I absolutely adore it!!! Guess I might be in a minority here though.

I love mental bondage and the struggle to stay exactly how he wants me to stay. If I have to pick one on your list it would be the UN lined leather cuffs i made for Master. * whispers lined cuffs are for sissies*

I am a rope slut, so rope is my prefered restraint obviously. I do understand the problem with quick release, and have addressed it by using D-rings to attach to various furniture. Quick release for position change, without giving up the yummy feel of the rope against my skin. Leather cuffs are wonderful too though. Something primal in me responds to the feel and smell of leather. And as most leather cuffs are wider, they are less likely to cut off circulation when used for longer periods of time than rope is, especially when the limbs (arms or legs G) are elevated. Don't even get me started on mental bondage...(fanning myself) kat

I have velcro and leather restraints. I don't like rope ot leavees marks on my skin and since i usually wear short sleeves would be a bitch to show up at school with rope marks on my wrists. (i would have marks cause i tend to pull againest them). With the velcro and leather no marks no explaining to do also much more comfortable. Matt's littleone

Restrained by a word, bound by a look, is a very wonderful thing. i love leather. The sight and feel and smell but i also like rope and the variations in bondage it yields. I love leather cuffs the most, for a longer time in bondage, but also love steel cuffs. There is something intense about handcuffs, maybe the key/lock thing.....

The restraints i wore for my pics on profile were black leather and the smell made me drunky; the color really turned me on. i also have a thing for the chain attached to one ankle and then to the bed, left long enough to reach the facilities during the night, but i love my bed and would need some way to protect the paint from scratching. Rope kinda interests me, but it must be a bit fancy; plain clothesline won't float my boat. pinksugarsub

I love my leather wrist and ankle restraints and also really enjoy rope, suspension bondage................being tied down on the spanking horse.........................yummmm.....and mental bondage........very hot [;)].

I love and adore bondage tape... it sticks to only it's self. Soooooo many applications. Bondage, clothing, accessories. My my my. Worth the cost. Makes for Yummy Mummification scenes. Gwyn
