i'd like to feel useful to my Mistress but She lives 6,000 miles away! So my question is really to slaves in a similar situation: To what extent have you been able to substitute domestic/maid service that would take place R/T for online service and how have you done this - in the sense of what sort of activities have you been able to do for your Mistress?

Is she having trouble finding something? You could research the item, different vendors, prices etc.

Mistress lives about a thousand miles from me because She is in school earning Her degree, so I feel your pain, brother. Distance is always difficult to deal with. We don't do any play online or over the phone. From a distance, we are much more like a boyfrind/girlfriend type relationship...the distance makes us mushy and lonesome for one another. To be of service to my queen, I love helping Her do research for Her classes, making myself available anytime She calls, being an ear to listen if She has a problem, and offering Her advice should She ever ask for it. You can only do so much from so far away. Heck, ask your mistress for her ideas and input on what you can do to be of service to her.

Thank you, j. Mistress tells me I do so much for Her already, but I always feel I could be doing more for Her. It drives me nuts...lol. For me, it' not just pleasing Her in the "kink" world. It's just being the best slave/boyfriend She could ever hope for. I just want to make Her the happiest domme I possibly can.[:D]

Thanks to everyone for their contributions. It's definitely not easy to substitute real time servitude. Rubberpet, you seem to be into a closer relationship with your Mistress that I am and it sounds to me as if you deserve the best from Her - or did I mean the worst ;). Good Luck, anyway.

I am also in long-distance transatlantic relationship and have thought about the same question. My Miss was actively seeking an online chastity slave which is what I have become. She demands daily letters begging for release and has me also write in my collarme journal everyday to share my thoughts. Since this is what she enjoys, then by putting a lot of time/effort into these tasks, I feel that I am providing service to her. I have added to that by sending occassional gifts from her wishlists and will certainly make her feel special on her Birthday. The other way I can provide service to her is to really pay attention and be an understanding friend when she isn't in the mood to dominate and needs somone just to chat with about vanilla life or needs a shoulder to cry on. Even if I can just make her laugh, I feel like I'm serving. Hope that helps....
