I would say for lifestyle purposes my friend Paul. He is a wonderful kind and patient man...He taught me alot about myself and the lifestyle. He is also the most sadistic Dom i have ever met lol, yeah...He is definetly NOT for the faint of heart LOL .....Thanks Paul...you are the best !

the most influential Domme in my life is ShiftedJewel, and Dominant ScooterTrash, and their lovely tess. without Ttheir input in my life i would not seriously be where i am now in this lifestyle and in real time.

Yes, I agree. My most intense D/s experience was my longest, most passionate, most hurtful, most heartbreaking, most life changing, and the one I learned the most from about me, and what I will and will not accept in the future.

Otherwise, I gleaned knowledge from many sources since I discovered this back in my teens.

There have been numerous influences though I cannot say I have found any to be more profound than anyone else. I have found some to touch deeper aspects of me and who have encouraged deeper thought. They have come from both the dominant and submissive side.
My three submissives have all influenced me with only one of them being more of a negative nature and yet, in terms of showing me what I don't want or deserve in terms of bad treatment, her influence could be considered positive. Actually, it has been some of the negative experiences that have really helped to focus things more clearly for me. While the positive experiences taught me and encouraged me in what I have sought and made me feel like I had made...and was continuing to make...right decisions for myself in terms of coming to accept this within myself, the negative ones brought a clarity and a wary caution that, while not debilitating in the least, has instead been helpful.
I've learned from a newbie whose push to know more has pushed me intellectually and to find reserves of patience I was not sure I had anymore.

Well, there's the sweetie pie vanilla college sweetheart who made me realize I'd never be satisfied by a sweetie pie...

There is the cocky, selfish bad-ass who made me realize what I was missing before was a cocky, selfish bad-ass...

There was the tough-guy intellectual who took it to the next level and made me his...

And there is the man I'm with now who has really opened the floodgates of S&M, D/s submission beyond the realm of just sexuality, and so many other things. We walk through the darkest corners of eachother's minds together and enjoy the brightest light as well.

Those are the biggies.

I was a brash 16 year old, she was in her mid 30's and very sexy. She loved to tease me, telling me a real man would just take what he wanted. One day, I stopped by her house. She came out in a light sundress. She smiled and said she was home all alone all day. I lost it. I took her, spanked her for teasing me (she loved it), tied her up with her nylons and did all I could think of at the time (I wish I could do a few more things I've learned). She bit me, scratched me and fought me. When she came, she screamed and became quiet and docile. We stayed in contact till she died in an auto accident.
