If your question refers to whether it is safer to spit rather than swallow, my take is that is the same deal. Any bug that you might get from semen or directly from a skin or mucose lesion (either male or female), surely will enter your bloodstream through any lesion from your lips or inside your mouth or gums (as somebody said above), any bug that reaches the stomach dies because of its acidity (a form of protection). So if you trust the person, either way is the same. Is true that oral or vaginal are safer than anal, and this is because anal penetration frequently provokes microtears on the mucose and if the other person is infected you have less defensive barriers. But thinking that way is gambling. I suggest not to have sex with someone with whom you don't trust enough to have anal sex. Meaning: if you feel you need protection for anal sex (other than for cleaniness purposes) you need protection for other forms of sex.
