Thought i would share this lil tale and ask .
I recently the past 3 days had become ill , and feeling poorly .It got very bad last night with chills ,fever and strep like conditions ,so i thought ok i gave it 3 days  let the MD take a look .Now i call my family MD and he is away island hopping with his spouce , so my only other options  were the ER " no thanks " or a place down the street called No appoitment MD " i picked that .Upon entry i hoticed all the staff was  clean and freindly and attractive .I was there for meds and was sure of my self diagnossis so i filled out the paperwork and went along .Placed into the room I waited a  lil longer then the six foot blonde female very attractive  MD came in with a smile  and starts her questions and treatments  with exam .Now my family doc is no attractive female though he does treat me well and i get great health care  but this was indeed a welcomed change .Time passes and the exam goes on and i notice i am actually getting aroused  turned on if you will . in the end i got my meds and now on my way to gaining my health back from this ailment .My question i guess  would be was this due to my weakened condition ?or was the energy and things just right  for this to occure ?anyone else have this happen ?
I guess there is an upside to a doctors  visit  .

lol It's not at all unusual. It actually happens quite often.

I'm in radiography and we're taught to feel for certain anatomical topography in order to measure for the proper placement of the target area. It's also sometimes necessary to touch the patient in order to position them properly. We give a patient a heads up ie. "I'm going to touch your hip in order to position you and xray the proper area. " Or simply explaining what we're doing as we do so.

My patient last week was a young man (early 20's) who needed a bilateral hip and a lumbar spine series. Once I finished with the films I went back in to escort him back to his exam room and he asked for a few minutes to get off the table and get there himself. Thinking he was too hurt to get off the table on his own, I called down another tech (a male) to help move him. The patient asked to speak to him privately so I left the room.

Turns out he had become aroused and knew it would be noticable if he were to turn over onto his back and tried to get off the table. He was too embarrassed to move at the moment. Since the room is fairly dim and his back was to me I couldn't tell he was beet red.

It wasn't the first time it's happened and it won't be the last. In general we're taught to simply not acknowledge it's happened and ignore it. So it isn't at all unusual. Nothing to be concerned about in the least. I think it has to do with the nurturing aspect of health care personally.

And she said, "a hard-on will show up faintly on an x-ray."
I had a Doctor in N.H. who was fuckin Hot!
I used to go to the Dr's even when I wasn't sick!
"Mr Popeye, what's this, ANOTHER prostate exam!?"
"It's killin' me Doc!"

LOL I hate to tell you this but they usually show up regardless of whether it's aroused or not. At least with the proper technique it does.
