Let your dominant know of your condition, and ask him to keep glucose tablets on hand (they are sold at Wal Mart and most pharmacies). If necessary, devise a special code word for use during scenes when you feel a hypoglycemic episode coming on.

Hypoglycemia is a serious condition, but it is eminently manageable with basic precautions.

How do you know your sugar level has dropped?? Blood work???
Your symptoms could be related to something totally different for example low thyroid, if you are over heated and is as a result of heat the symptoms cound by signs of heat exhaution.
As others mentioned could be diabetes

By trying to self diagnose/treat,,, if you are wrong you could potentially be doing more harm if your condition is actually as a result of something else altogether different

If you are a dom you not only have a responsibility of keeping yourself in good health especially if bondage is part of the play but also should be doing so as you are your subs guide, leader and influence they look up to you for guidance and you should be leading by example
