however, a Dom who gets into menstrual control has to be extremely careful because thre is the potential for serious harm to the sub.

Did I miss something? How is choosing tampons over pads "controlling" menstruation?

For the most part, as long as I am naked (when indoors), clean and looking my best, he is pleased.  Although he does prefer when I have my pedicurist paint little flowers on my toes, and I'm to wear my contacts, not my glasses.  Freshly shaved is a must, and he decides my hair length and approves its color (I get it weaved).

This is probably TMI but he does have me on a bathroom schedule and sleep schedule as well.  There are reasons for this having nothing to do with micromanaging.  He doesn't care what product names I use.  I'm partial to my Aveda hair, skin and make up products.  I use lightly scented lotions, not perfumes, although when I'm not with him I will often wear his cologne (I bought myself a bottle) so I can smell him :)

Thanks Erin!  Its scent changes on me a bit so I sprinkle it on my clothes and sheets.

The only other thing he says anything about is my hair length/cut and the red that i have under my hair. He allows me to have it (red), but he makes it clear that he doesn't really like it and would prefer my hair all blonde. For this reason i rarely touch up the red in my hair...but i'd have to cut it all out to make it go away and that isn't an option. He also makes it clear that he prefers my hair long, doesn't really want me getting any layers and that he doesn't like bangs....So my hair is kept long with only the layers i have had forever and my bangs haven't been touched for a year this weekend.

if you go to a good stylist, you CAN have the red stripped out of your hair, and have it colored all blonde.  it is possible, you CAN do it without too much damage to your hair.

its just a pain in the arse to do it yourself at home.  (i did this for a good friend, she went burgandy which REALLY didnt work with her skin tone....and then a day later we colored it blonde again.  it worked without frying her hair to bits.)

kitten, helpfully

Really? i COULD actually strip it out without losing my hair? i thought i'd just have to  grow it out and deal with it in between. i do have a ton of hair and the red (blood red) has been put in for over 3.5 years so i don't know if that makes a difference or not..also that part of my hair looks more worse for the wear than any of it when the color isn't filling the folicle all in. Thanks though.

I'm not allowed to wear:

-most flower or vanilla scented perfumes
-hairspray
-most make-up, except for the two colours of lipstick he's picked out for me and the few shades of lipgloss. But no eye liner or mascara or blush or anything.
-pantyhose
-high heels except for the pair he has approved of.
-dark coloured bras or panties. He prefers white or pale pink.
-big gaudy earrings or jewlery
-dark nail polish
-my hair short.

There might be more, but I can't think of them at the moment.

My Master doesn't really care what I do for personal care, as long as I am clean and ready for his use. His wife, however, he prefers shaved.   My husband insists I keep my hair at least shoulder-length.

I think Sir would go crazy trying to keep track of all the bath product I use.  He knows I like to take baths, and has purchased bath product as gifts for me before, and enjoys the perfume that I wear, but aside from that, he makes very little comment about my choices that way.  I've been on a little quest to get him to use more product (partially, I'll admit, so that I don't feel bad for hogging the entire bathroom with my supplies, but that's an aside...) and he usually just thinks it's funny that I'm trying to pretty him up.

actually red fades faster than any other color...and the longer its been in, the easier it is to strip out.  as i said, go to a good stylist (ask around to your friends who they recommend, or call around to find a color specialist).

To be honest girls (and guys as well).... As far as the toilet paper thing is concerned, it is really best to use a spray bottle (kinda looks like a baby bottle but with an opening at one end where several little holes appear.) to clean yourself off with. This is wonderful in many hygenic ways. It helps in preventing bladder infections, and fully cleans away bacteria. I do this whenever I use the latrine for #1 or #2 And I have never gotten a single complaint :)

Somebody mentioned hair. I used to keep my pubes very short, Scooter prefers curls below, so now i have normal pubic hair.

Lol, i am neither thick nor bushy, as a natural blond it is rather soft than curly, he just prefers hair on his pussys, grins.....

My submale is not allowed to wear heavy perfumes or products with a heavy perfume smell. They bother my sinuses so they are a nono. I make him keep himself shaved (all over except his mustache) and right now his mission is to find SOMETHING that will keep him from breaking out down in his privates when he shaves. He gets these little red bumps so hopefully he will find something to clear that up. I make him take vitamins, but other than that I feel he can handle his own personal care routine.

there isnt much that Im NOT allowed to use...although he doesnt like most perfumes, they make him sneeze, so I dont wear them. Occasionally he finds a lotion typer perfume that he likes and I wear it sometimes for him. He likes me having my nails and toes done, but money wise it doesnt always happen. I stay shaved for him, and he just asked me last week to start growing my hair back out and to not cut it anymore except for trims. He's never really given me specific rules about makeup or hygeine products, but I pay attention if he says he likes or doesnt like something and either stop it or continue it as the case may be...Somedays he will tell me what to wear..or at least a general idea....saturday we were going to walmart and he looked at me (in a clean tshirt and jeans) and said, "are you wearing that?" in that tone that you know means I really ought to change. He laid me out some stuff and I ended up in slacks and a nice blouse with makeup and jewelry only to hop in the van to realize he is still wearing sandals, ripped shorts, and an old wrinkly tshirt...so I asked why I was so out of place compared to him and his answer was that I was supposed to look nice, hes a guy and no one cares what he looks like. I never know with him....he came home yesterday and asked why I was wearing jeans with a hole in the knee that I should have thrown away years ago and was reminded that he just bought me new jeans. I had to convince him that I didnt need to wear nice new jeans to drive the tractor around the yard and sometimes its good to have clothes you dont care about getting grease on....

Greetings all,

SJ hasn't forbidden anything to date.  He does want me to check with him before I make any changes.  My toenails stay painted though I am allowed to keep my finger nails reasonably short and nude for work.   The only other order is to keep the mound fuzz free and skipping a shave for a week resulted in having the hair ripped out by the roots...yikes!

well wishes ~ fairer than she

as long as i am clean and ready for his use master really does not care what i wear.  I myself have to br careful with perfume i can only wear light scents (love's baby soft, Charlie).  I recently got my hair cut and colored ( i look best with auburn instead of my natural very dark brown) i don't look good with short hair  so i keep it shoulder length Master came in and all he said is it looks good.  Master does not like to micro manage.

Tampons give me cramps, always have. So being ordered to use them would tell me he didn't care about me being in pain.
