A Baltimore Methodist Minister has undergone a f to m sex change. Evidentially he is accepted by his congregation but a discussion about God and gender identification has arisen.

BTW, pardon my foolish ignorance, but i didn't know a f to m sex change was even possible.

Both are pretty expensive. And from what I've learned of the procedures most FtM only transition with hormones and top surgery, as the bottom surgery results are not exactly ideal. However, MtF bottom surgery yields much better results.

The surgeon/scientist/etc. who finds out how to build a better penis, as it were, is likely going to be quite the household name for FtMs.
