One way you could prepare for ATM when the cock/toy is coming out of someone else's asshole and then going into your mouth is to have them do an enema in front of you. Definitely not the most erotic thing, but at least you can see what it all looks like - to decide if it's clean enough for you. I have had top-types do it as part of oral in general, no real 'prep' they just did it. It's not my thing, so I have never done it myself, but as for being on the receiving end, its incredible. No dental dams were ever used. My only prep was shaving, which is SOP before any sort of play anyways unless the person plans on shaving me as part of that, otherwise, I shave and I am smooth. Good to go. I have never seen a porn and have NO intention on doing so; I will take your word on what you said you saw.
