Hallittlelolita -> What's the difference between a Daddy Dom and a Master dom any? (8/11/2005 6:56:33 PM)

I was just wondering on this because I call my Master/husband Daddy somtimes is it ok to call your master Daddy?

Absolutely, many are both.

Daddys tend to take on a more specific role of nurturing guardian, but no reason they can't occur on their own or combined.

SMS calls me "Daddy" or "Master" depending on the time, place and mood...and sometimes "Billy-bob" but that's a seperate issue.

I'm honored to be with DaddyMstr, named so because of the nature of our relationship/play/love.

I call Master "Daddy"......and we do not engage in age play.

I started calling him that because I found him to be warm, funny, cuddly and casual all while being Dominant. "Sir" just seemed too stiff and distant for what we have.

ok i'll bite. Just no biting back eh?

i call Master, predominantly Daddy. Its been a sloooooooooow change. But now its in full effect and sometimes i'll pop out with Master, sometimes with Papa Smurf and sometimes the Big 5

Personally as i told him, i prefer him Daddy then Master. Master is just toooooooooooo cold for me. No age play, nothing else really except for the hmmmmm sweetness? Warmth? Protectiveness.. love.. hmmmmm. discpline... hmmmmm.. oh and the...........

ooooooooooooo Daddy it hurts... dont stop... punish my ass.......

God i love those pornos... or hmmmm not?

I concider myself a Daddy Dom.
We dont engage in much age play at all, but I am "Daddy".
I care for my babygirl, take care of her needs, and give her all the love she can take.
I am softer on punishments than many others, not that there isnt any... but I look at it as a father does a child rather than as a Master looking at his/her slave.

We came into this so very slowly, married and having kids and all, and always called each other by our first names - still do! At times, "Master" makes me think of the humpbacked Igor laboratory assistant, and I will giggle, so we can go with "Sir" - just depends on what is going on, really, for us. We aren't all hung up on rules.

littleone35 -> RE: What's the difference between a Daddy Dom and a Master dom any? (8/12/2005 11:26:29 AM)

I never really calle my late Master Daddy. I have a dad who is still whom i love very much. So to me that is "daddy" different stroke for different folks.

If he likes it, yes. As others have answered, it's all about what works for the two of you.

My T does not like to be called "Master". I don't call him Daddy, but often times Mr. Incredible works for him. ;-)

This one is all a matter of situation, I think. If you are involved in age play, then Daddy can have a powerful emotional effect on you. I think the use of Mommy/Daddy should be talked about (as should everything), particularly if you are in a household with children.

As long as it's agreed upon, I don't see any problem with it. Everyone has a different opinion though, because I would be irritated as much by my Luvdragon calling me Master or Sir as some others would be being called Daddy.
