Room rent negotiable for right person - offering for $300-400/month. I have a room, I have 4 cats, gerbils. Room is all yours, won't bother it, rest of the house shared - Kitchen, LR, DR, 1 bath. There's a basement, but ... yeah, you don't want to go there. House is kinda messy right now, we're redoing the wiring in the spare room, and the parents (who own the house) are going to remodel the kitchen because it's way too small. But they call before they come over and dad only does the work during the day. Basically I need someone to split the rent and occupy the spare room. Public Library and main bus terminal are walking distance (maybe block and a half?) as well as a grocery, movies, strip mall, multiple dining, etc. I don't handle loud music, don't do parties, and no drugs. But other than that, I'm easygoing. =) let me know if that interests you.
