I am a box
an ice box
fill me with healthy emotions
but let them out
or they rot
and ruin everything inside
spring cleaning
can even baking soda
clean the stench
so foul and putrid
of the fresh and innocent
decaying
anger, rage, indifference
run from pride
run from walls
grab hold of fear
embrace your pain
appreciate them for what they are
if you dont rule them
they will control you
