Please let me add to your thoughts. Before childbirth the body produces hormones which make the muscles relax more than normal and so allow that baby's head to come out. After childbirth, those hormones are gone and the muscles return to normal. So, it would seem logical to me that even though a baby's head came out, it does not necessarily mean that the same sized object can get back in.

The woman's pelvic bones also turn out when she is preggers. These do not return to their pre-pregger state.

I am just tossing around the old gourd here, and thinking that it could be construed that self-fisting does not in and of itself define a viable relationship. Other than that, yeah..........will and way, get 'er done if you've the mind to. Ron
