Dear OnyxDelphi, Ladies and Gentlemen;
In the lifesytle for 34 years, starting in 1973; I have been slave and been Master for the longest period. I can honestly say as a mentor, a teacher, presenter, faculty member of an education based academy; I still am in training--as life teaches lessons every day. When I stop learning is when I am dead.
In watching others interact in real life, they do teach and or inspire indirectly. I have often gained students after doing a scene, because someone wanted to do what I did.
But, I must say that skills and knowledge alone is not enough. Anybody can be book smart, the Internet is filled with other people's skills and knowledge. It is the application that is a key.
Furthermore, to define your mission as a Master. What kind of men in life inspire you and see Mastering qualities and traites you like to copy and or admire. How would you like yourself to be enslaved by--what kind of Master would you want to submit to? I really find that a person's 'intentions' from the spirit/heart and mind will guide a person to their Teachers--slave, submisssive, Master, Mistress, Dominant, etc. I fully proffer for thought--that domestic animals are good teachers as much as humans.
Please consider attending Master-slave conferences. There will be presenters there and can see what they have to offer to feed your knowledge and training base.
By all means, do seek out BDSM support and education groups, to which may be of help in the corporal and sensual practices as far as whips, caning, bondage and such.
Ask questions--no matter how dumb it may be--it is better to get an answer. Unfortunately, some replies might be sarcastic or not very serious--however, in all cases where a person is wanting to be better--they will need to have questions answered.
Just some thoughts.
