Last month I attended a play party where a friend of mine showed me some basic (by that I mean using hands only--no gear) CBT methods. Our demo sub had a great time and I had an awful lot of fun with it too. Now I am looking to learn some more. If anyone has any techniques they'd like to share or knows of a good, informational website that I could peruse, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks much! Ojedieu

I thought CBT stands for cognitive behavior therapy.

There is a very comprehensive book on the topic of CBT. The family Jewels by the Greenery Press You can order it online or at your local bookstore. Hope this helps Ms Sandi

At a BR presentation last night I witnessed CBT with needle play and a butterfly board I had nightmares all night! Sorry, I'm no help....but it hurts me just to think about it.

Have you tried putting your little finger in the end of his dick a little at at time and then go deeper as time progresses. Stretching the lips is a great turn on and having fingernails makes it that much more pleasurable. Tell me about your experiences with this. Love to hear.
